And once you're done studying for the day, Antigua is a beautiful town with so much around it to see and do that you cannot fail to have a great time!!"

"Our four weeks of study in Antigua, Guatemala, were excellent. The best way to learn a language is one-on-one, and all of our instructors were competent and highly adaptable to our specific needs and interests. The wide variety of optional presentations, cooking and dancing classes, and excursions helped us learn a lot about Guatemalan life and culture as well as language. Celas Maya is systematic in its operations and very effective in improving Spanish language skills."

We studied in Guatemala for four days, we thougth our teachers are really good and friendly. We recommend a week, if you are going to learn Spanish to communicate in Central America. We had a good time.

J’ai adorée mon experience et je compte bien y retourner pour faire de la coopération. La famille ou j’étais etait super gentille les gens sont accueillants la nourriture tres bonne et amplement suffisante. L’école etait super j’ai bien aimée que ce soit un québécois le directeur et ma professeure etait bonne, drole et amicale.J’ai fait beaucoup d’activites plus que j’esperais et j’en garde de tres bon souvenirs. Le retour aux bottes d’hiver était par contre difficile.

First we started to take private Spanish lessons to improve our Spanish. We thougth our teachers are really good and friendly. We stayed with a fantastic family. After three weeks we started work in the orphanage with about 16 childrens from the age of 2 to 8 years. Was a intense experience, we never could have made in Germany. Sharing so much time with the really special childrens is the best experience you can have!
